Texas Republican Ad

Expect Obama to put a suit on his Nairobi brother soon. Next, expect a “different” interview than the one he gave last week. Some things about this guy never change.

  1. I hope more ads like this run in battleground states, since I doubt there’s any chance Texas would go blue this year anyway.

While Barry ignores his poverty-stricken relatives, and Michelle’s hospital shunts low-income and uninsured patients off to get treated elsewhere, he actually has the audacity to attack the McCains for being wealthy?

Sorry, but Cindy’s done more with her wealth to help the poor than BO & MO ever have, and ever will. Being rich isn’t a crime – it’s the person behind the money that matters.

  2. McCain has been a politician forever and they are just now finding out he has invested in real estate? Like that is a crime? There are more than a few middle class Americans who have invested in property and have more than one house. Most economists would call it SMART.

  3. Listen, I saw the Biden Compound. Houses everywhere. They should talk.

  4. Up until last year I owned three. Now I own two. Perhaps I should give one to Michelle so she can redistribute my “pie” for me.

  5. I’m telling you these people want to stip demoracy to its core and install a neo liberal fascist state. The only people who will do well will be them.

  6. Dear Uppity–I think that more and more people, in addition to those who already saw this, are beginning to understand what this is all about. They are silent, taking care of everyday life, but come November, they will speak in the voting booth.

As for the houses business–is turning into a joke on the Barky crowd. What they fail to understand, inside their bubble, that criminalizing wealth, or ownership of houses, is criminalizing the working and middle class (one and the same in the US…) because most of us own at least one property, and that one property could be quite a doozy if you live in an area that’s gone up in prices. That is EXACTLY the technique used in the Soviet Union, Red China and all the other Communist regimes; a careful study of history shows that this is how it started–demonizing and criminalizing ownership, accumulation of property and wealth, and thus the middle class. The bourgeoise as they called it.

As far as the 7 houses hysterics–it’s becoming the stuff of endless jokes. It’s like the bitter and clinging comment.

  7. >>>The only people who will do well will be them.<<<

Yep, that’s pretty much what happened with the housing in BO’s district, isn’t it?

  8. Obama reminds me of the farmer carrying a large container of horse oats, as soon as he approaches the barn the entire population of horses come running toward him in eager anticipation to eat the oats. As soon as they eat the oats, they become sick in their stomach. The oats were wet and polluted from the rain. This is what has happened to the party of unity in the Democrat party. The ones that know Obama’s life- will always refuse to join the bitter oats that he is offering them. They rather stick to the old mule that is reliable in the fields, Mccain.

  9. Uppity, please define how you’re using “neo-liberal fascist state.” Seems paradoxical in the extreme. Are we talking about extreme PC-suppression of speech and egalitarian redistribution, e.g.?

  10. We are talking about the very same coin the Neo Cons are on NES. They have become the very thing they claimed to despise. They are no less fascist than the Neo Cons. They want to redistribute what we work for and keep us all good and “equal” so that the only people who will do well are them and their friends. Kind of like a monarchy hiding inside a democracy. They use the same tactics, NES, as fascists. They are doing it already. They rig elections. They threaten and bribe. You have to pay to play. They are elitists and pretty much all the things they complained about from the other side. The similarities between Obama and Bush are astounding. There’s a post i did once about that. I’ll dig it up.

  11. He lies like Bush. He covers things up like Bush. He’s snotty like Bush. He has the same condescending smirk. He has a dirty laugh just like Bush. He’s crude, like Bush. And he is in it for his own gain, Just like Bush. He has friends who should be our enemies, just like Bush (think Prince Bandar). Everything about him is Bush. He even arrived on the scene just like Bush.

  12. His sycophants behave like Bush’s sycophants behaved too.

  13. All he needs to start doing is leaning on his elbow at the podium and he’ll have bush down cold.

  14. Thanks, Uppity, that certaily clarifies things for me. The linked previous posting on Bush, the Dixie chicks, etc. is absolutely great. In those distant days of April, I lurked on this site quite frequently, but (stupidly) was a daily lurker on Taylor Marsh instead. Her abrupt U-Turn left skids on the hearts of many Hillary supporters, who then abandoned her site in droves. This place is more like it — the straight stuff, deep insights (including the frequent third-eye gems), and satiric humor. Don’t know why I ever wasted time on Taylor Marsh. (Aside on Taylor: Oddly enough, she used [in her Hillary days] to make a great deal of her Irish-Scottish roots and her Reagan Democrat voting background. Obama should be anathema to any normal Reagan Democrat. She’s never satisfactorily explained how she can wholeheartedly support him after months and months of ragging on how he just didn’t get, and wouldn’t ever get, the lunch bucket crowd. If anything, in his Paris HIlton/2.0 bubble phase, Obama is even farther removed from the lunch buckets.)

  15. At least Bush can laugh at himself, not so Barky.

  16. The explanation isn’t all that hard. She wants to make a living off her site and her radio aspirations. You can’t find an inch of that site that isn’t filled up. So….going along provides many more advantages. For example, she is credentialed for the convention. Do you think I would be able to get credentials before Haley’s Comet rolls around? You go along, you do well.

  17. Yes, I figured it was crassly commercial on TM’s part. Mind you, the credentializers wouldn’t know you’re the infamous Uppity….so, yes, you may in fact get credentialized. No, no, I’m not digging…. Just saying.

  18. George Obama highlights the disparities between his family and upbringing, and Barack’s. May better luck await George Obama now that the world is aware.

  19. (oops forgot) And, there isn’t anything wrong about trying to live the American dream.

  20. Quick drive by comment (Mom is going home form the hospital in about an hour) :>)

Anyway… here is a preview of the next Republican Ad

  21. kevin, the ad doesn’t come up. But guess what does? Coverage of Biden tied to the Rezko scandal. Nice.

  22. OOPS… There isn’t an ad yet… I was just being clairvoyant.
