I just thought I’d say a few things, not that you’ll listen. Here’s a quote from your blog regarding the locking of anti-Obama blogs: “I suspect that the vicious Barack Obama campaign is behind all of this. They want to turn America into a Marxist state. These people are nothing short of evil bastards.”
What could have possibly led you to this conclusion? I think you’re overstating your influence: people who agree with you? They’ll still agree with you after reading what you’ve written. People who don’t? Most likely, they’ll still disagree, and some will even be infuriated by what you have to say. Much less inflammatory sites have been brought down by Denial-Of-Service attacks, and those are much harder to organize than hitting the “this is spam” button a bunch.
Another thing: why on earth do you hate Obama and his supporters so very much? You seem to be under the impression we’re all dangerous, sexist miscreants who will stop at nothing to stifle all dissent and debate. The simple fact is, on all sides there are troublemakers. Case in point: the story about car vandalism supporting Hilary and bashing McCain and Obama. Sounds to me like troublemakers from the Hilary side, not (as you bewilderingly suggest) Psy Ops from Obama.
Now, I’m a white male, but I’m also a feminist. Amazing, eh? I believe everyone, of any race, sex, or creed should have the same opportunities. I wish this was the case. But if people continue to act as if any slight against them is based on their race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or income bracket, that’s not going to happen. The Obama side isn’t innocent of this. The race card has been played far too much. But playing the sex card ain’t gonna help.
Your post about Obama paying his female staff less? I can’t speak to that, since the link was dead and on further inspection CNS (Cybercast News Service) was originally supposed to be the Conservative News Service, and essentially pulled Swift Boat Veterans for Truth part deux on John Murtha. They cited either former political opponents of Murtha’s or people who were dead in order to cast aspersions on his service. In other words, I’d take everything they say with a grain of salt.
I’m not attempting to infringe on your right to free speech, your right to vote or any other right. I’d just like you to think a little about what you’re asking people to do: reject the (rightfully) elected candidate in favor of a woman who has no interest in what you’re doing and wishes you would stop. She supports Obama. So do I.
Or maybe you want us to vote McCain. Do I even need to explain what’s wrong with that plan?

Scott it’s so true. Several of us have covered things months ago that are now being forced upon the MSM. I do wonder if they set Obama up all along. Not that I would feel sorry for him. Part of the problem with things sticking now is that Obama never dealt with them directly right from the start. His campaign has had about as much transparency as the Bush Administration…or Clinton trying to get out from the Lewinski mess or John Edwards trying to hide from reports of his affair.

When Barky was here in Pendleton, eastern Oregon, he had the one and only moment I’ve ever seen him admit ignorance–about Hanford! The nation’s first nuclear plant site, part of the Manhattan Project, and he didn’t know squat. Of course, the ‘bots didn’t seem to have a problem with it, but you’d think a presidential candidate would have had SOME idiot on his staff that would have dropped a hint in his ear about the biggest concern in the area, because we know he wouldn’t know shit like that on his own. I’m not sure they teach you about things like that in Indonesia.
Yes, he made the same or VERY similar statement about a black woman sleeping legally in the White House, in the speech in Dallas, the day before the National Press Club fiasco in Washington. Saw it quoted on MSM nightly news that Sunday. Glad to see it was not forgotten. Wright is very insulting. He goes for the rise in people.
Just a clarification, I’m just going to miss being able to vote because I turn 18 very soon after the election. And the he/she’s are hardly necessary, considering the line where I mention being a white male (never been called a chick before). Also, I didn’t know who Joey Lawrence is until I wikipedia’d him, and I don’t watch Oprah. Who endorses who isn’t what makes a candidate.
Now, one more thing to say before I get outta your hair: What we need is someone new. Someone relatively fresh, not a Washington insider. McCain has been in one office or another since 1983, and Hilary has been involved in national politics (as both the most politically active first lady in the history of the country and as a senator) since ‘93. Meanwhile, “Barky” has been in office for three years. He isn’t perfect. We disagree on a few things. But he’s better than “3rd term” McCain. If Hilary had been nominated, I would’ve supported her 100%. I would’ve worn a Hilary Clinton button and T-shirt, gone to rallies, the works. But, fact of the matter is, she didn’t. She’s accepted it. Maybe it’s not right, maybe people didn’t make the right choice, maybe she should’ve been nominated. But the democrats have made the best of worse. Hilary and Obama are both blessings to the party, strong leaders who can win in November.
And even if Obama screws everything up as you say, in 2012 we can all vote for Hilary. It even took the master of disaster (Shrub) about five years to make everything suck, and he didn’t even have good intentions.
