Cross-posted from The Real Barack Obama –mainly because watching those Children Who Know Not What This Means just sickened me and I simply couldn’t handle writing about it myself. Their parents are young. They do not know their history very well. At all. You can’t blame them. But I cannot forgive Barack Obama for stimulating this kind of behavior from Another Time and Another Place. I knew. I knew when I saw his first rally where his Playbook resided. This post must have been very difficult for Procrustes to gather. I am grateful. And afraid.

Townhall.com’s Amanda Carpenter wrote September 30, 2008, about the “video circulating on the internet of school-aged children singing in support of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama [that] is rocketing its way around the Internet.”
The Drudge Report linked to the YouTube video declaring “Obama Kids Sing for Dear Leader” Tuesday afternoon drawing much attention to a performance of 22 children, aged 5-12, wearing identical blue Obama shirts singing a 3-minute ode to the Democratic candidate.
The performance was “inspired” by Obama fundraiser and music teacher Kathy Sawada and filmed on a Sunday afternoon in Venice, California.
The video was promoted on Obama’s presidential website in an August 20 post. “What the children and a few adults accomplished in a few hours on a Sunday afternoon embodies the nature of the Obama campaign: its grassroots inspiration, its inclusiveness, its community building,” Obama’s campaign site said of the video.

Uppity, thanks for posting them and for the insightful analogies. I’m going to drink myself into a stupor now to forget the Obama threat to our freedom. I’m confident however that the American people will reject this creep come Nov. 4th.

Socialism and radicalism are nothing but strategies of CONTROL. Capitalism, I’m sure, has its down size, but at least you can work hard and feed yourself. That beats the hell out of a hand-out ORGANIZED by the government with a thousand rules attached to it that CAN’T BE MET because, like all production lines, the number is continually raised TO PREVENT YOU FROM SUCCEEDING.

1. Stop paying my mortgage.

3. Declare bankruptcy and close my business
4. Convince my daughter to have as many kids as possible to collect welfare. (she’s not married but so what)
5. Move to Frisco, become a homeless transsexual and collect $400/month from the city.
6. Become an overall societal slug offering no value whatsoever. (Like most Dem constituents)
7. Indulge in my new found Bush Derangement Syndrome (BDS) and make up a sign blaming him for all things wrong with the universe.
This way, I can join my fellow Democrats in insuring that the Zenith of America is over. Yippee!

I will definitely let you know of anything of interest in Israel. A fascinating place I’ve always wanted to visit, but unfortunately never have. Altho’ this will require some rescheduling, the thought is to spend election night there, surrounded by Mac-Palin supporters. In SF, it’d be the opposite (revolting) reality.
I continue to believe that Obama will lose, and not narrowly so. Why? Because nobody who doesn’t believe in American exceptionalism can be elected prez. Not yet anyway. Also, in a time of fiscal and foreign policy crises, I just don’t think Americans will say “Yes, I’ll toss my lot in with the greenhorn kid” (or “Man-Child” as you aptly put it). The MSM’s steady drum beat of O’s inevitable win is lludicrous on its face. Just think…if the MSM predictedd these races with any accuracy, we wouldn’t have had only 2 Dem prezs in the last 40-plus years.

I received an email from DNC Reform today telling me that obama now has some of his own TV channels in some states…running his videos all the time. The “demoncratic” party has no control anymore…if they ever did.
