Where is Mr. Blackwell when you need him?

I copped this shot from Delilah Boyd’s place.  I think the fashion sense of MO kind of speaks for itself.  Whatever possessed her to select this dress? Was there some kind of symbolic message here or does she just have bad taste in clothing?
