RBO: Who sent Billy Ayers–to the New York Times?

Another segment in the Bill Ayers Series entitled, “I Get To Pimp Myself  And My Fictional  Non-Fiction Book  A Lot By Pretending I Am Victim”.

Bill Ayers is and always was a publicity whore and a miserable Amerca-hating terrorist. The only person I can think of who trumped him was Berardine Dohrn. A match made in……

It’s really unfortunate for both of them that there are so many people still here who remember what they really were–enough to know what a lying  Communist blowass he really  is right now. Truly, all I can think of when he tells his story is: 

“And the knife ran away with the spoon“.

Does anybody remember that interview with him when he was standing in line to vote? When he said that an anticipated Obama victory was  an “Achingly exciting moment“? He was counting his dollar signs at that very moment. A despicably shameless man who isn’t even ashamed to capitalize on his own horrible reflection. Funny, for a guy who hates Capitalism, he sure is capitalizing on it.

Only the New York Times would eat this kind of shit up. But that’s only  because they can’t interview Karl Marx.

It has reached the point that it pains us here at RBO to give unrepentant Communist terrorist Billy Ayers another smidge of our blog space, so we’re going to make this short and to the point.

If you are someone who wants the world to forget all the dastardly things that you did decades ago, why won’t you just shut your mouth and simply let it all fade away?

If you want the world to forget, why keep reminding it? Who sent Billy Ayers to distance himself from President-Select Obama while grabbing another 15 minutes of center stage attention in a December 5, 2008, New York Times op-ed?  This sort of thing doesn’t happen by accident, or at least for most people.

Additionally, if you want everyone to believe you, why keep telling the same old disproven lies over and over again?

Now that the election is over, I want to say as plainly as I can that the character invented to serve this drama wasn’t me, not even close. Here are the facts:

I never killed or injured anyone. I did join the civil rights movement in the mid-1960s, and later resisted the draft and was arrested in nonviolent demonstrations. I became a full-time antiwar organizer for Students for a Democratic Society. In 1970, I co-founded the Weather Underground, an organization that was created after an accidental explosion that claimed the lives of three of our comrades in Greenwich Village. The Weather Underground went on to take responsibility for placing several small bombs in empty offices — the ones at the Pentagon and the United States Capitol were the most notorious — as an illegal and unpopular war consumed the nation.

The Weather Underground crossed lines of legality, of propriety and perhaps even of common sense. Our effectiveness can be — and still is being — debated. We did carry out symbolic acts of extreme vandalism directed at monuments to war and racism, and the attacks on property, never on people, were meant to respect human life and convey outrage and determination to end the Vietnam war.

Peaceful protests had failed to stop the war. So we issued a screaming response. But it was not terrorism; we were not engaged in a campaign to kill and injure people indiscriminately, spreading fear and suffering for political ends.

Biggest lies?

President-elect Obama and I sat on a board together; we lived in the same diverse and close-knit community; we sometimes passed in the bookstore. We didn’t pal around, and I had nothing to do with his positions.

Lie #1: That would be boards — plural — Woods Fund of Chicago and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge.

Lie #2: Sometimes “passed in the bookstore”? Doesn’t even pass the smell test.

Lie #3: Had “nothing to do with his positions”. See Lie #1.

Sorry, Billy. This is the last time RBO is going to bother with your nonsense. Maybe the New Obama Times suckered for your claptrap again. Did they know that you’re blaming the media for your “unwanted” exposure? The whining  is over the top, Bill.

Besides, RBO and our readers are smarter than that. Much.

You see, we get it. You’re pimping yourself — and Obama — again to sell books. It’s right there at the bottom of the op-ed: “William Ayers … is the author of ‘Fugitive Days’ and a co-author of the forthcoming ‘Race Course’.”

This is the domestic terrorist’s version of  Br’er Rabbit and the tar baby. Sorry, ’bout that, Bill. We already know that tale all too well.
