    Whew! He seemed alright but a little shook up. He hopped around towards the fence gate and seemed like he didn’t know what to do. I opened the gate and he took off – his over 6′ wingspan batting me around the head as he left!

They used the second hand smoke thing and children’s health to push it and now they are stating again the cost of health care to the government ok here is the start of what you do voiding your health care and please do not tell me you do nothing that in one way or the other jeopardizes your health.
    The fact is that living jeopardizes your health !
    You had better take heed because the ban of smoking did single out a certain group and targeted them as a test market to target other things and it is how we are where we are and are now looking at one of the worst pieces of legislation ever in Cap and Trade and why ? Because of smoking and how it affects others health or lifestyle. Now we are watching people or groups being singled out almost daily. I could be bitter to all that agreed to targeting me as a smoker but I am not because I still am hoping that people get off their high horse and realize that a smoker is not as much a threat to you as what came from this stupid choice.

    I will give you a review once I try it out. I ordered the cig from Amazon. I chose one from a company called “Cloud 9″ as I wanted one that can except smoke juice and not only pre-filled cartridges. I also wanted a mid-range one as I am afraid of the cheap ones.

    The smoke juice is from Johnson Creek which seems to be the biggest name and rumour says they sell OEM juice to others. Here is a link if you’d like to read about smoke juice:

    Now if folks can not see the straight line here between banning smoking in a restaurant ( private owned business) or Bar again a private owned business and what happened to GM and Chrysler you are not willing to see the picture.
    Here is what happened a person decided to run a bar and serve alcohol and allow smoking and maybe even served food to counter act the effects of the alcohol he served. He paid for the building , the taxes, inventory , liquor license, and the DBA with the state or city or both. Citizens do not have the right to tell a business owner what they can sell do they ? Let’s try that with Wal Mart. Let’s see how far we get. You have the right to not go to that business if what they do , or sell offends you . You also have the right to work in a smoke free environment but you do not have the right to change a smoking one to become a smoke free one because you want it that way. This is exactly how Obama fired Rick Waggnor and how he forced the sale of Chrysler to Fiat. Not Constitutional !
    This is exactly how they are going to force you as a citizen now to buy energy saving appliances, update your energy consuming homes and make you use their substandard lighting. The people did in fact ask for this by hammering their health and hatred of smoke over any other right.
    Now you are going for health care and the very same will be in charge of that and when the cost is too much and swallows up other things like education ( which can not afford another hit) and swallows up many vital budgets and jobs have left due to cap and trade what will get cut ? You who drinks a cocktail nightly ? , you who loves pizza, you who has to eat at a hamburger joint weekly, you who had the nerve to get old ? Think about it.
