    organized religion in general is created by men so how can we expect a fair shake? Some of the nicest people I know aren’t religious at all and they seem to follow the tenants of the NT instinctively without all the entrapments of man that were added in, like telling women to shut up in church.

    Wow, parkslopevoter—that’s pretty harsh. Sounds almost…I don’t know, insulting to ANY woman who happens to follow her faith. How is that any different than a fundamentalist Christian hating anyone who “doesn’t” believe in their religion?
